Rum Paired Menu at the Fat Bear London, EC4

The Fat Bear is a collaboration from both sides of the Atlantic, with a team drawn from America and London who have hones their abilities to deliver the best possible dining experience such as the newly Michelin starred Social Eating House, Hawksmoor, Paramount and beyond.

During Rum Week they will be pairing Mauritian Rums namely Gold of Mauritius and Mauritius Club with our American regional food.

2 courses will be paired with rums for £25 that include; Slow-smoked BBQ – USDA Prime Beef Brisket or St. Louis Pork Ribs; paired with Mauritius Club and for dessert Oreo Cheesecake; paired with Gold of Mauritius Dark Rum
